Stipend Opportunities

At Queer Power Alliance, we believe that the people most impacted by systemic oppression are the leaders best equipped to challenge and transform it. As part of our commitment to community-led change, we provide stipends to community members who contribute their time, knowledge, and leadership to our work. Through initiatives such as our Advocacy & Civic Engagement Cohort, Queer Housing Justice Network, and Queer Labor Rights Cohort, we support LGBTQIA+ community members in building skills, engaging in advocacy, and shaping policy and programmatic priorities.

Providing stipends recognizes the value of lived experience, reduces barriers to participation, and ensures that community leaders can meaningfully engage in organizing and decision-making. By investing directly in community leadership, we strengthen grassroots power and advance collective efforts to dismantle systemic inequities.
